Opening Hours and General Information
Appointments are by phone arrangement only
Unapologized missed appointments have to be charged in order to be able to run our office costs. So if you have to miss an appointment please let us know in advance—at least 24 hours before your appointment—if you are unable to make it
What to bring: Please bring your child’s health record and immunization card to your appointments!
Please bring a baby blanket or a cloth to lay your baby or infant on! Thank you very much!
Directions
Our practice is centrally located in the heart of Zug. Please allow enough time for your trip. The practice is easily accessible by public transportation.
The following bus lines stop at the Zug, Postplatz station, directly across from the practice: 602, 603, 605, 606, 607, 611, 612, 613, 614. Nearby is the Zug Postplatz train station, where the S2 stops, as well as trains to Zurich and Lucerne.

For medical emergencies outside our office hours you can receive expert medical advice via the Medgate Kidsline at 058 387 77 96 (the consultation is charged at standard telephone rates and billed through your health insurance provider). If necessary and depending on the time of day, you will be referred to the pediatric emergency physician at the Notfallpraxis Zug or directly to the Kinderspital Zentralschweiz at Lucerne
On Saturday mornings and as needed our colleagues at the Baar Pediatric Practice are often covering for us (for information, please call our practice number at 041 710 18 18)
